Future paid billing policy
When paid checkout launches: all sales are final.
No payment is being collected during the pilot. Once paid subscriptions launch, charges will be non-refundable and not prorated except where required by law. Subscriptions may be paused by request for up to three months. Yearly-plan account transfers may be reviewed case by case when at least three paid months remain.
