What we store
Account details, household membership, family calendar profiles, plans, helper availability, Blocked & Vacation periods, Sitter Needed requests and offers, schedule changes, co-parent swap requests, in-app alerts, care-rule acknowledgements, private media metadata, support requests and security audit records needed to operate the service.
How it is used
Information is used to provide, coordinate and secure Family Time. We do not sell personal information or use child information for advertising.
Household boundaries
Records are restricted by household and access is permission-based. Parent or household admins approve membership. Children’s schedules, addresses, schools, photos and live locations are never public by default.
Your choices
Account holders may request an export, correction or deletion through Account & Care or Support. Household membership can be removed without deleting unrelated memberships in other households. Legal, fraud-prevention and security retention requirements may still apply.
