What we store

Account details, household membership, family people records, calendar plans, availability, coverage offers, request messages, and security audit records needed to operate the service.

How it is used

Information is used only to provide and secure Family Time. We do not sell personal information or use child information for advertising.

Household boundaries

Records are restricted by household. Parent admins approve access. Children’s schedules, addresses, schools, photos, and live locations are never public by default.

Your choices

Account holders may request an export or deletion from Account or Support. Legal retention and security requirements may apply.
