Clear expectations for a trusted family tool.
Effective September 5, 2026
The service
Family Time provides private scheduling, sitter coordination, care-rule, household-permission and communication tools. It does not provide childcare, conduct background checks, guarantee caregiver availability, verify a person’s suitability, or replace emergency services.
Your responsibility
Household admins decide who joins, what permissions each member receives and whether helpers are trusted and appropriate. Keep private join codes private, review permissions when relationships change, and keep essential emergency and caregiver information available outside the app when needed.
Plans and billing
Published plans have specific household and people limits. No plan includes unlimited use unless a future written offer explicitly says otherwise. Tailored plans require a separate written proposal. Annual pricing reflects a 20% discount from twelve monthly payments.
Strict no-refund policy
Once paid checkout launches, all sales are final. Monthly and annual subscription charges are non-refundable and are not prorated after purchase, cancellation, downgrade or unused time, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge.
Pilot status
The current service is a test pilot. Payment processing is disabled. No card is collected and no purchase occurs during the pilot. Features, limits and planned pricing may change before checkout launches; final terms and included features will be shown before a customer affirmatively completes any future purchase.
Availability and important decisions
We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or notification delivery. In-app Alerts are coordination aids, not emergency notifications. Keep emergency contacts and time-critical information available outside Family Time.
